Website information
This website introduces security services and provides general guidance. Every property and system is different. A survey, an agreed specification and a quotation determine what is suitable for your individual requirements.
Equipment, app features, compatibility and availability can change. Product and property imagery is illustrative and may include digitally created or edited scenes. Images do not establish an exact installation specification or identify a completed customer project unless expressly stated.
Quotations and agreed work
An enquiry or visit to this website does not create an installation or maintenance contract. The scope of work, equipment, price, payment arrangements, timescale and any ongoing service commitments must be set out in the relevant quotation or agreement.
A free survey or quotation does not mean that installation, call-outs, repairs, equipment or maintenance are free. Any applicable charge should be agreed with you before chargeable work is undertaken.
These website terms do not replace the terms supplied for an individual job and do not affect your statutory rights.
Security systems
Security equipment helps manage risk but cannot guarantee that a crime, loss or system failure will never occur. Remote functions depend on suitable equipment, configuration, connectivity and, where relevant, third-party services. Follow the operating advice provided for your system and discuss maintenance requirements with the installer.
